SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every RUNAWAY piece is print on demand and crafted to order. Production takes 3–7 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

• Italy: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Delivery windows start after production is complete.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free shipping on orders over €80.

Once your parcel ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it in real time.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing.

We provide a full refund or replacement for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit or are not what you ordered. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at runawaybrand2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

The standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to custom or made-to-order goods, as per Article 16(c) of the Directive. This exemption covers all RUNAWAY products, which are printed and assembled individually for each order.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
